Jogging at White Rock Lake

Today I went jogging arround white rock lake actually this is my second time this year first one was last monday and today again, I need to rejoice!!! This is my first time to roun it… my feet, knees, and hips ached when I reached halfway, sweat all over, good thing everywhere you can find a rest area with potable water.  I thought I wouldnt made it. I was even thinking asking a someone to bring me to my car and pay them 20 bucks because I was so tired at one point that I can hardly make a step where I can feel my left outer feet developing blister and that meade me think of buying a bike, will be next to do so I can just pedal around the lakeshore couple of times, oh, wishful thinking.  Though some areas are under renovation yet still safe to jog and bike around.

 I have seen lots of good sites to do picnic which I am planning to have picnic in the next few days with my friends, which I hope everyone would be available that time. There are some good places too to watch sunset and sunrise.

 OHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhh! I love to the sweat and the exercise! now i stink, bye time for me to take a bath, and sleep for work tonight.
